Marietta Cellars

For decades Marietta produced wine by purchasing high qualityfruit from local friends and farmers. Some of these meaningful relationships led to the acquisition of some of those same vineyards that we have been working with for years. In the case of Geyserville, our father worked the land and gained the trust of Viola Angeli before she offered he purchase it. The McDowell Vineyard relationship would never have happened if not for a freshly harvested abalone. We’ve always relied on friendships, community andpersonal connections. The results are in every bottle of Marietta wine

Chef Omar Huerta

A true California-bred chef, Chef Huerta has found his own singular voice, guided by the traditions of his homeland, as well as his experience in some of the best kitchens in his chosen home of 22 years. We are so lucky to have Omar a part of the Barrel House Tavern team and to share his extensive talents, deep passion for food and the story he tells with it.
